2022 Preliminary Real Estate Valuations are now listed for each property. Using the Property Search Bar at the top of the screen, you can access property records by entering any combination of name, address, or Property ID, or use the Advanced Search option.
If you have additional market information for our office to consider, we want to hear from you. Please submit the information using the Valuation Review Request form
If you would like to schedule a telephone hearing with an appraiser, please visit Online Appeals, or select the “Online Appeals” icon from your property detail page. Hearings must be scheduled no later than February 1, 2022 and will take place between February 1 and February 18.
Assessments for Residential and Commercial property are intended to reflect market value as of January 1, 2022. Agricultural and horticultural land is assessed at 75% of its agricultural value.
The “formal” valuation protest period runs from June 1 through June 30. Information regarding the formal protest process in June is available on the County Clerk’s website: lancaster.ne.gov (Keyword/Search: Protest)
